How long will you have my bike?

Whilst this depends on what’s needed, we try to turn your bike around within 48 hours if no parts need to be ordered in. We will communicate timings to you clearly + make sure to let you know if this changes. Please be aware that, due to the current circumstances, some parts do take a little longer to arrive, so please bear with me + we’ll do our very best to tune up, as quickly as possible.

Will you confirm the cost before you start work?

Absolutely. Whilst we have a price menu, we will confirm in an email or verbally on the phone, once we’ve had the chance to assess what’s needed.

How do I book?

Just get in touch by phone or email + we’ll give you a ring to arrange a time to suit you for collection / drop off.

Is all your work guaranteed?

Absolutely. In the unlikely event that things go wrong relating to parts, labour or both, we’ll put it right.

Will you order all the parts?

Don’t worry, we take the pain away + get them for you. You can always provide the part though, if you’d prefer. We’re totally flexible here.

Does Leon do on-site servicing?

We’re afraid not. The service is a tune up service + is all based in our workshop. The reason for this is that it’s safer for you (and us) in the current times for personal contact to be minimal. Read more about our working measures around C-19.

Additionally, our workshop is full of specialist equipment + a wide variety of parts, therefore would be impossible to take every single piece out on the road. Bringing the bikes to our workshop guarantees that we’ll be able to fix your bike, properly.

Does Leon build wheels?

Yes, of course. We have over 35 years’ experience of wheel building. With the necessary kit to build, test + adjust new wheels precisely, to a high-quality standard. One of our favourite jobs.

Can Leon build a complete bike for me?

Absolutely. Kid in a sweet shop. Again, we have over 35 years’ experience in specifying, building + fine-tuning new builds. Something we relish.

What kind of bikes can Leon work on?

You name it. Road bikes, mtbs, hybrid, foldies, fixies, children’s bikes + electric ones too - high end or run arounds. Pretty much anything.

Can you support my race or event?

Yes, by arrangement. Leon Cycle Repair will support club runs, races and events. We can support before, during + after with some common parts. Just get in touch to discuss what you need.

What geographical area do you cover?

We cover mainly Cheshire (for now). 

What hygiene precautions do you take?

We adhere to high standards of hygiene around your bike + the drop off / collection process, minimising personal contact.  We have really thought about every step of the process.
